Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE trackable international shipping.


What are the standard shipping times?

  • US and Canada: 5–16 days*
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–19 days*
  • Europe: 9–17 days*
  • Latin America: 10–25 days*
  • Africa: 10–25 days*
  • Other countries: 14–30 days
    During the busy season, shipping times may extend to 20–40 days.

Are there any countries you don’t ship to?

Yes, we are unable to ship to countries on the OFAC sanctions list, including:

  • Balkans
  • Belarus
  • Burma
  • Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast)
  • Cuba
  • Democratic Republic of Congo
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Liberia

Why might my delivery take longer?

Deliveries could be delayed due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Stringent customs clearance procedures
  • Other unavoidable circumstances

Are import duties or taxes included in the shipping charges?

No, import duties, taxes, or additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility.


What happens after I place an order?

Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. After this, your order will begin processing.


How long does order processing take?

Processing time can take 1–4 business days* and includes:

  • Checking your order
  • Packing your items
  • Sending the package to the post office
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Orders placed after 11:45 am CST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will be shipped the following week.


How do payments work?

All payments are charged at the time of purchase in USD. If paying in local currency, your home bank handles the currency conversion from USD to your local currency.


Will my order arrive in separate shipments?

Yes, if you order multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Can I cancel or change my order?

You can request order cancellations or changes (such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address) within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@placeinplace.com.

  • After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as orders are processed immediately.
  • If we manage to cancel the order after 12 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply due to production costs.
